Wow.. while I've been busy, my DA counter hit over 30k!! Thank you all so much for your support with everything!

Oh, I think I've mentioned before but someone recently asked me: I don't use facebook/myspace though I had been considering it for business purposes.. I am not at all into sites like that.
I do have a twitter (pandari) as well as a Livejournal though [link]

I have most of the entries friends filtered but it's usually full of sewing babble or rl updates that aren't art related. Feel free to add me though~

My gosh.. where did September go!? It seems like there aren't enough hours in the day anymore.

I hope everyone has been doing well! HAPPY FALL! (A little late~)

I've finally been able to clear off a bunch of my current projects but I discovered that certain projects I took on were a lot more challenging than I originally thought. So I've been battling it out with those 2 for quite sometime now...
I need to send out my apologies for taking so long.

2 Big upcoming events:
- For Halloween I'll be attending Ycon to help out at her shop in the dealers room. (MY GOD I AM SO EXCITED! )

- I WILL BE ATTENDING ALA (Anime Los Angeles in January)! WOO! I'm trying to go for Artist Alley but I don't know if I'll be able to get it or not... so wish me luck! I will be part of a Digimon02 group with the amazing and crew!


I'm thinking of posting my 2010 Cosplay list in case anyone wants to make a group or anything Dunno how many people would be interested though...

Off to take cold meds. A real update and some deviations hopefully this week. Thank you as always for bearing with me and for your patience

OK: Something I got something in the mail that many other Artist who participated in both Fanime/AX artist alley got as well in regards to LA and their Tax permit info.
Mainly it stated the following:

"All vendors doing business with the City of Los Angeles for seven (7) or more days per calendar year, regardless of the amount or cost for services rendered or even if business is located in another City, MUST hold a City of LA Business Tax Registration Certificate (BTRC)." (source: [link])


But AX obviously isn't 7 days or more so it's an easy fix. On their neat-o form, just explain it was less than 7 days and provide the dates. More info here thanks to Jen (AA AX head) [link] and be sure to call the nifty number provided on the form if you're confused about anything.


In other news, I've been out of commission the last 2-3 days with a cold. ;__; Plus my computer died this week.. but came to the rescue and gave me her old lappy to work off of for now (ILOVEYOUOMG )

But Etsy has been updated in case anyone has been wondering.

Thank you so much for all of your comforting words wishes and support! It's been a really hard week, but we're making it.

It is with much sadness I report to you all that on 09/10/09 at 1:40pm my beloved Mr.Nibbs passed on.

There was no conclusive reason for why he relapsed, but his treatment was costly.
Both in money and in stress for his health.
Just to start, he would have needed to be hospitalized for a while. The vet was not confident- but she said there's a possibility he may have had some kind of growth/tumor because "something didn't feel right" during the exam.
She said at this point, even if we would go with that, there are no guarantees he would recover. She said that most likely he would have to be on heavy medication/treatment and he would most likely have a short life span.
He was in pretty bad shape.. and that we should just let him go. Naturally it's not an easy thing to do.. and we honestly tried everything we could for him. But I didn't want my buddy to suffer anymore. He wasn't acting like himself, and hasn't been for a while. But no one would be if they couldn't eat/drink and didn't have much energy. It hurt to see him like that everyday...

I'm going to miss him so much, but I was lucky enough to raise him from a kitten until now. Mr.Nibbs was just over 5 years old. His full name was Gnibbikis. (gnaw*nibble*kiss for what he would do when he was younger) and he was part of my family.


While I am completely heart broken right now, please allow me to express how sincerely grateful I am to you all. To everyone who sent kind words/wishes, donations, advice, spreading the word.. just any and every kind of help we've received.. I thank you with all of my heart.

I hope I can do for others what you all have done for me just reaching out.
